I would like opinions...

Here is a one day dietary sample for me for one day. I would like opinions on what I can do differently, and if anyone has any suggestions...

Meal 1) 1c. Protein Oatmeal

Meal 2) 4 Egg whites and 1 cup strawberries

Meal 3) Chicken breast salad w/ vinegar for dressing

Meal 4) 2 Chicken breasts, 2 potatoes, 1c broccoli

This is what the 'nutrition goal analyzer' says...

Calories 2,198 kcal 1,552 kcal
Carbohydrates 330.0 g 165.6 g
Proteins 165.0 g 153.6 g
Fats 26.9 g 30.0 g

1). Lose 15 lbs.
2). Get consistent with workouts and eating habits.
3). Get to 19% BF.

I guess I can't edit my posts... Also for meal 3 there is a baked potato in there...
