im currently in iraq and we have a choice of, Nitro Tech, EAS Myoplex, Prolab Whey Protein i dont know which of these is the best choice for me can someone help? im here till march so by the time i get back ill defnitely get optimiums 100% but for now il lstick to waht we're provided here. Btw which is better an Isolate or a Concentrate?

Go with whey Isolate.
