need help gettin a bigger bench

i have recently started back to workin out and my bench has never seen better days. so i was just wondering how to make it go up even more. i am currently ata 345 single rep max and work out with three different percentage workouts.i use the tried and true 8,6,4,2,1 and the 7,6,5,3,7. and occasionaly i attempt to do the most that i remeber from the russian cyle. but i cant remember the most or it. so i am looking for someone who knows a really effective bench work out that will get me up over 400 so i can hit that goal and set a new one.

Your bench workouts seem to be fine, but if you are that serious about getting stronger you need to look to your diet. Calories are what makes you stronger. You should consider a bulking phase.

diet is important. squats and deadlifts are just as...not to mention other exercises like chins, OHP, etc..

Not everything is about calories, but a good majority of your results are in your diet, and what makes up your calories. In this case, switching his diet around, taking a week off, or changing around his lifting routine could help him through his plateau.
