Has anyone heard of this stuff? It is kind of expensive, but looks like it could work for someone who has bad joints?

OTHER SUGGESTIONS AS OPPOSED TO CHONDRITON AND MSM?

I tried chondritin/msm and it made my shoulder lock up for 1 full day! quit painfull!

Go for the proven

Glucosomine/Choindroitin+Fish Oil
1500/1200mg(or or twice a day)+5-10mg daily(1/2 morn&1/2 night)
you may want to initially double the dosage of G/C for few weeks...3000/2400....cured my 2 years of shoulder pain...You may also want to train your rotator cuffs in conjunction with this....

MSM is another good thing to take....tho optional
Hyaluronic Acid and SAMe are 2 other potentially good supplements for the joints...

However the last time i took msm/chondritin/clucosamine,
my left shoulder locked up for a bout 1 full day and i could not move it at all!

so i will try the fish oils and the hyaluronic acid and the SAMe
