Hello everyone, I have had a prior back surgery and was faced with the same situation over the past few months. I was very-very close to having a spinal fusion. I am in the medical feild and know it doesn't work well for many individuals. It does help out, don't misunderstand me. Anyways, I have a new position with a Spine Center. I wanted to share a very interesting fact that the DR shared with me. It will blow you AWAY!!!!!! For each pound of fat, that one lb= 8lbs of FORCE on your spine!! Yes, that is right take for each lb of fat x 8=______lbs of force on your spine. I am more serious than ever about shedding my extra lbs!!! I should of learned the first time I had surgery in 03, this last time was a SCARE!! With that fact stuck in my mind, I had to share. Hopefully, it will help you out in the future and share with ones you care about.:love:
