Recently i have been finding it really difficult to eat, any possible ideas as to why?

I have been eating like a horse to bulk up but recently, many carbs, bread, pasta etc i've had trouble eating. I find this really odd as i depend on those for my carb intake.

I try to eat six times a day but recently i am literally forcing myself to do so.

hey, I have had the same problem before. There are times, where I love eatting, and then sometimes I go through little phases where it seems so hard to eat and food feel like such a turn off. When I go through one of those phases it is not like I am thinking that i should stop eatting so that I dont get fat or whatever, its just simply a loss of appetite.
I am not really sure what exactly is the reason for this, but it may be your body just telling you that it does not need to be fed. I am not sure 100% the cause, and I would also be interesed to find out if anyone might have an answer for us!

humm...yeah i think it is probably your body telling you that you might have been taking in to much before, and your body doesnt need it right now. Take a break from the carbs for awhile, and hopefully you will regain an appetite for them again!
I would suggest that if you are still turned off by those foods for a very long period of time, try cooking new things. A simple change from the regular meals you usually eat may help!
Whenever I am like that, I loose the appetite for carbs as well. I dont bother forcing myself. Eventually after a week or 2 I would slowly gain my appetite back! Hopefully the same will go for you!
