Try this nice substitute:

4 C cooked pasta, drained
1 can Tuna
1 C peas (canned or thawed frozen)
4 to 5 Tbsp Skim Milk (or more if you like it creamier)
2 Tbsp Fat free margarine
4 Tbsp Reduced Fat Parmesan Cheese
Dash of Garlic powder or Garlic Salt

While the pasta is hot, stir in the milk, margarine, garlic salt/powder and cheese. Mix well. Add the tuna and peas and heat over low heat until hot. (If it starts to become dry, add a little water.)

Make about 4 servings.

Serve this with a small salad and a protein of your choice and you have a good meal!

If anyone has any other one dish recipes that can be made ahead of time, please, post them!
