i recently broke my wrist and may be unable to workout for up to 2 monthes. is there any way i can atleast keep my gains. any certain diet i should use. help!!!

I did the same thing a couple years back. Honestly, don't worry about it.

Muscle memory! I was off for almost 9 months in total before I could start hitting the gym again and no word of lie, it was only a month before I was actually breaking my old personal bests.

Keep your protien intake very high (like 1.5grms/per lb) to keep your muscles from catobilzing. Someone (I think it was rev8ball) posted a long time ago a study where people were inactive for several weeks, and the ones that had higher protien intake lost almost no muscle at all. Maybe a 50/30/20 macro would be good.

The main thing to remember is, don't rush back in. Make sure you healed up 100% before picking up a weight again. Otherwise you could end up 9 months off like I did.
