hi. i jus started dis program. i haf a constant battle wit feeling fat all the time. im 15 5'8" and i weigh 137lbs. im NEVER satisfied wit my body and i need advice because i try and starve myself, iz like an obsession. i really dnt kno wut to do. i wana lose @ least 10 lbs bt it seemz like no matter wut i do i cant. please help. advice, any, greatly appreciated. ;)

It really is a matter of how bad you want it and because your 15 its a difficult time to change your body size as you are constantly growing.

starving yourself will never do you good it just will lead to more problems such as depression which could end up making you bigger i.e. comfort food.

Really the best way to do it is commit yourself set a goal of a resonible amount of cardio youll do everyday (Tredmill, jogging, etc.) and then do it. If you eat healthy and do the right cardio you could lose that much weight in less then 3 weeks.

skipping meals is definately NOT the way to acheive anykind of health. when you skip meals your body goes into "starvation mode" and actually stores the fat instead of burning it. ogono has the easist things you can do to help make you healthier. 15 is a hard age to be (i rememer those days) but just remeber it doesn't last forever :)
