Diet confusion!!!!!

I work out five days a week, cardio three time a week. I want to get bigger but some gut has to go, so far I lost four inches off the waist in eight weeks and this is what I eat.
meal 1: bagel/1 slice of cheese,24g of whey protein in water
1 glass of milk
meal 2: 1 whole egg,2 egg whites
meal 3: 1 cup of chunky soup with a can of tuna
meal 4: 1 cup of rice,1 banana,50g of whey protein in water (post workout)
meal 5: 2 chicken breast, 1 tossed salad no dressing
meal 6: small cherios snack, 1 apple
How does this diet look, any change suggestion would be appreciated. sean......

Sean, lose the bagel with cheese, and substitute with oatmeal plus meal #2. Meal #2 can then be your protein drink with fruit. What kind of chunky soup for meal #3? Replace the cherios snack in meal #6 with your protein drink.

Calculate your protein intake now with the suggested revision above. You should be close to your target daily allowance. If you need to increase your carb intake, add more greens and/or another cup (or two) of rice or substitute with potatoes.
