It seems that a lot of people are posting their daily events, with a view to fitness, to keep track of their progress. That's what I would like to do. I have so let myself go! At my fitest, I weigh 8 stone - for the first time in my life, I now weight 10 stone! This is a disgrace - I'm only 5 foot tall!

I put it down to a number of factors -
1. Stress at work meant that I was so fed up in the mornings that I had no motivation to get up and run; I would just roll over and cram in as much extra sleep as I could.
2. I got the flu and didn't go to karate for 2 weeks.
3. Was made redundant recently. While this relieves the stress, it means that I'm at home most of the day, just eating!

I hate being this weight. I' a small person, so it shows up even worse on me than others. So, starting today, I'm sorting it out. Any comments are welcome!
