Am I to understand that people with blood sugar disorders,such as diabetes and hypoglycemia should not use creatine,because it raises insulin too quickly?

well creatine in itself should not raise insulin...it's when it's taken with simple carbs/sugars when that's the case...yuo can take creatine with sugar but the absorption will be somewhat worse....and I think you may still be able to do it postworkout with some moderate glycemic index carbs...I think BB1 mentioned including banana in the PWO shake....which will still give a slight spike in the insulin...this might also be the shake with which u can take creatine....
