Hello!
I'm thinking of replacing the fish I take with vegetables. However, I don't know what type to take, to ensure that the things I loose from not eating fish, like protein and all can be replaced by vegetables. I mean fish in general, but not the high protein ones like salmon or mackerel.
I'm thinking of a bowl of brocolli (boiled)with a square Chinese tofu (fried/baked). Will that do?
Any other simple suggestions? At least 3 ingredients and simple to cook also. This is part of my be-vegetarian plan.
Please help!
Thank you.

I wouldn't take out fish altogether...if u can just rotate the types of fish you eat that would be best....as well as rotating your fish meals with chicken, turkey, lean cuts of meats, eggs, etc meals..

didn't see vegetarian part...
in that case you'll need to eat more eggs, dairy, tofu/soy, as well as start combining food groups to have complete protein sources.....
