I got married almost 2 years ago, and I've been gaining a lot of pounds, besides I become a smoker and I went away my healthy life before I get married...but... I told a friend of mine I can get back to my shape and healthy lifestyle in 6 months. If a make it, I'll winning 500 dlls, and if I lose, I'll be losing 500 dlls.
I started in january by modifying my cooking habits and making a little of cardio, and I've lost 5lbs. I need another 20 more, but I'm feeling healthier and thinner :big_smile:
