With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Hey all I have lost 17kg over a 24 month period of lifstyle change and exercise. I have increased my mass and lost almost 8inches off my waist now 34'.
My chest, sholders and arms are fine but my ab's...om my god!! I have a large withered balloon of skin hanging there!!
I now want to lose some bulk and fat to define everything but I dont see the point if it's going to leave me with even more sag down there.
Currently I am sitting at 97kg and am aiming for 87kg but that might ad another inch of skin!!
Am I forever doomed to keep my shirt on at the beach??
Anyone else have or hear of this experience.

I am guessing your skin has worse than average elasticity...although gaining some muscle/weight may help...you may still need to get rid of the skin with surgery...
what you're experiencing is not that uncommon although in many cases it happens because too much weight is lost to fast but in your case it's less than 40lb in 2 years which is good...
