I am in a wedding on April 29th. I would like to lose 20lbs. Do you think that is even possible? and if it is what would i need to do to reach those goals? I weigh 140 and am only 5 ft tall.

tagme, your goal is very obtainable. You want to lose in the area of 1-2 lbs a week as a rule. Go to the specific diet and nutrition forum and research diet, maybe read thru "diet thread" there. You can also do a search on diet at the bottom of the page which will give you tons of info. Get your diet in place and start a workout routine maybe. Take a minute to fill out your profile also so people know who you are and what your goals are. Best of luck and welcome to FT!
