Hey menonv,

seems like your cardio is in order. Maybe the diet is next! Have you tried the ft diet analyzer? Simply click on 'my Nutrition plan' and complete the few questions and then on the main nutrition screen you sould get your daily amounts at the bottom.. in terms of cals, fats, protein and carbs daily.

Good Luck!

Side crunches & twist are pretty effective on those love handles. ft also has an ab program , which also includes exercises for the love handles.

Don't leave weight training muscle burn a lot of calories. The only way to loose LOVE HANDLES is to do cardio. How long have you been doing cardio? What is your intesity level? Can you go a little further a little harder? What do you consider to be cardio? Results will happen but they will not happen over night, don't quite or they will never happen. Exercise with weights and cardio, stay active when not lifting and eat properly limiting yourself to junk food only one day a week and one this day eat eat and eat.

You can't target just your love handles, you will burn fat everywhere. Anyway, keep up your cardio and record all of your diet. Try to keep your diet 40% carbs, 30% fat, and 30% protein. Keep decreasing your calories until you see a difference. That should do it, good luck
