When is the best time to take Ephedrine according to you guys? I have heard about four different times and well I just don't know.

My suggestion is an hour before cardiovascular workouts(enough time for the effects to start)....I would probably take it in the morning on days off....also if you stack it with aspirin/caffeine then it becomes a good stack before weight lifting....which I would take an hour before....

straight caffeine...you can buy either generic or in name brands like 'Awake'
