hi guys need some help, the past few months i have not been able to eat more then 2 meals aday i love to workout but im not putting on that much weight i do suffer from depression that could be something that stops me from eating. the only thing i do turn to when i can't eat and that is a high calorie protein drink but that is not good just to have them and no solid food like (meat) can anyone help me is there any types of pill that could help me inprove my appitite i have been told that vitamine b12 helps but tryed that and i am just the same as before please could someone help thanks

However your best solution is to eat less per meal...instead of stuffing yourself in those 2 meals...I suggest you eat no more than 500-600 calories per meal....
can you buy nutrition bars? 20-30g protein per and 250-350 calories?
can of yogurt?
small bag of nuts(walnuts, peanuts, almonds, etc..)?
small sandwiches?
MRDs?
also generally avoid large portions of fiber in any one meal as it tends to make u 'full' faster.....so don't eat more than 5g per meal/snack....
