Lean Body Mass?

I have been doing horribly on my diet and have given up for the last week...i haven't gained or lost any weight but I'm starting up again nd im not letting myself go....the reason i did so badly was beause i got horrible sleep and there was no healthy food in the house whatsoever. Also it was cold outside and i HATE running in the cold.

I was looking through the foums and noticed FitToGether.net

I filled out my profile and found this out...am i really in that bad of shape?

At 5'10" with a 32-33 size waist at 200-201 lbs

It said :
Fat 22.05lbs
Lean Tissue 178.95lbs

Ideal Body Fat 15 %
Goal Weight 210.53lbs

what does that mean?! Is lean fat bad or what...im so confused...am i that fat or in that bad of shape?

Lean tissue is the amount of your body that is muscle, everything over that is fat. From what you've posted the numbers don't look bad. I'm about 17% bodyfat and my weight is 140 and my lean mass is right about 120.
