Hey everyone.. just something I need from you guys to livin' up my diet a bit..

I am originally European.. I love my schnitzels!so I love my food. Just wondering what native or personal home country meals you guys recommend.. I need some change! haha

Okay, folks are having fun with you..while pizza and pasta are healthy they are calorie dense and it doesn't take long to add a lot of unwanted highly processed carbs into your diet.

Vietnameese is also a good choice...lots of veggies, fruit, a little meat, a bit o' carbs. You should try to obtain 2gms per pound of body weight of protein, 40gms of fibre, 30gms fat and an appropriate amount of carbs..this site has a great nutrition profile.

My favorite is Dutch Oven B.B.Q. chicken breasts. With a spinach salad and rice.
