Hi! my name is inder and i am 5'8" and weigh about 130 pounds. My BF is around 8%. I've started bulking 2 weeks ago and i've noticed that my abs are slowly going away also i've noticed a lot of more flabby skin all around my body. I'm afraid that i'm turning fatter, not more muscular...
i'm workout 5 days/week, lifting 9 sets per muscle group from 6-8 reps and 1 muscle group per week
My diet is 2800 calories with 45% carbs(polysacchrides only!) 30% protein and 25% fat. Any ways, long story short,
is it ok if I do some HIIT to help burn some of the fat away or will i also burn some muscle? Should i cut down on the amount of calories i'm taking in? Any comments are welcome Thanks!

There's a lot of ways that you could change but at the least, I'd adjust your nutritional breakdown. If your just wanting to put on weight and don't care about the change in body fat you're doing fine. Personally, I'd reverse what you are doing. I'm a pretty good size man but 45% carbs would take me from fairly lean to obese in a very short time. Especially if those carbs are mostly processed foods.

so would 35% carbs(complex carbs only i've elimanated sucrose out of my diet except for fruits) 40% protein and 25 % fat be more adequate?
or should i cut down the calories?

40c/40p/20f is a good basic bulking split. remember, there is fat gain to be expected when bulking. you can play around with your caloric intake until you are still making gains, but with minimal fat gain. if you feel the fat is too much, drop calories by 200 and reevaluate.

Keep in mind...just as you bulk to put on mass you'll cut to trim the fat. The finished product is what you're after...anything in the interum is just apart of the process. There are ways to do it with next to no fat gain, but (especially for a beginner) it's a much slower and progressive process that takes a lot of time to master.
I'm just now doing my first bulk after shedding 30 lbs and have since tacked on 4-5 lbs in about 3 weeks. There is some flab, but it also feels like I've packed on a lot of muscle as well. Gives me something to look forward to when I cut personally. Then I'll probably do another bulk/cut cycle, and that should just about bring me to summer where I'll just maintain what I've worked on until next fall.
But to answer your question you could do HIIT during a bulk, but if you really want to get the best out of your cycle then just clean up the diet as best you can and work on what your calorie intake should be.
