Hi, I'm 24 and have 2 children. One who is 8yrs. old and one who is almost 8 months old.
It took me about 3 yrs. to lose my weight from my fist child.
I was in a size 3-5 before I got pregnant with my 8 mth. old. I'm now a size 9-10.
I would really like to get back into my size 3-5 clothing. That I've kept ofcourse.:)
I started a workout plan of 5 days a wk.
I have a bench at home but dont have the curl bars.
I also wanted to know what size weights to start on.
I would really like to tone my abs and I know cardio is the best to start this off with. I hear that even if you do situps your abs won't show if you have fat on it, and that you have to do cardio workouts to get rid of the tummy fat before your abs will show through. I don't have a treadmil (sp?) and I don't think I'd particularly like running outside in the snow. What indoor cardio workouts can I do?
