Hey guys! Just wondering, how much cardio is too much cardio? Or is there such thing as too much cardio? I go to the gym everyday, mon-sat, I do 40 minutes of weight training and 40 minutes of cardio. Sometimes I go to the gym two times a day, i only do weights once though, but i do cardio for about an hour the second time around. Is that okay? Thanks!
