I just bought a new Jack Lalaine Juicer. It has been sitting in the box for the last 3 weeks. The problem is....Although there is recipes included, it does not state which fruuits and vegetables have what effects on the body.
Can anybody please share there fat burning juicer recipes, and/or share a link or information about the effects of fruit and vegetables when juiced on the body.
Thanks.

There is one that I remember had celery, carrot, apple and ginger that was supposed to be a "fat burner". It tasted pretty good too.
I don't really know a whole lot about juicing, but my thought is that if you have a hard time eating fruits and vegetables, juicing a combo and then being able to drink it right then and there could help someone get in their needed nutrients for the day.

In wrestling we always had to eat or drink unsweet grapefruit. It was sour, but worked back then.
