Thanks guys I think I am going to try to eat helthier. I don'y eat that bad as it is, but there is always room for improvement. I have just started cutting out unwanted sugar from my diet. Also I guess I am not 21 anymore either.

Does anyone have this, or could tell me more about it. I have read a lot on it, and feel like it might be what I have, but would like to know from someone else rather than an article. I often times after exercise get very exhausted, and it can last up to 48 hours later. I have exercised my whole life so I am not deconditioned, and do not do any more that I ever have. I have been to the doctor quite a few times, and all blood work is normal. I am just tired of feeling tired. Thanks

I get really tired after my workout too. I could sleep all day the next day  But then again.. it's probably because I'm just starting out.. (week two!:))
Maybe it's your diet? You know.. like not enough carbs? (has no idea what she's talking about :D)
Hope you feel better!

For me it's all about my diet and water intake. I get exhausted on the low carb days and even when I increase the carbs the next day I have'nt recouped yet. I am on a higher carb diet and less fats for this phase of my training. I forget I am 43 and not 21 anymore, so recovery time just takes longer. I too have been active all my life, so who knows?
Hope you feel better?
