Hey all those out there with a good strong chest, please reply!

I wanna know the general concensus out there from those who have got it, what are the better exercises for getting a good cleav cut. I'm currently a 34c and want my cleave to look more healthy versus more soft. And don't mind giving up some volume to get it.

But anyway I'm currently going as heavy as I can with dumbbell bench presses and flyes, and haven't got it yet.

Any advice? -Nik

Try Machine Pullovers it's supposed to be a great exercise for what you want. You can find the description on this address:

I think also Dumbbell Flyes and Pec_deck are good.

The boys are right. DB flys are really good for that area.

I couldn't find the machine pullovers, rainmaker.

Another good one is cable crossovers - again, squeeze at the center. I'm only an A (so cleavage isn't so much an option!) but I can see a muscle cleave when I do these!
