some things are good for u, some things are not so good. but i strongly beleive that there should be a balance in everything, whether its food or weights. i think too much of anything could be bad. i think balance is the keyword. it sounds pretty obvious, but its amazing how most people think of consuming good foods (for example which are good for you,provided you take them in the right proportions, time of day etc) , ALL the time could benefit them, but actually causes some harm. so i say again, balance is key. just because fruits are good for u doesnt mean you can eat them all day long, im sure there would be some side effects from over-consumption.
