Ok, im lookin for some advice on the following: im aprox 6'1" 180 lbs, i want to build up mass on chest, shoulders, arms back, etc., but want to shed this belly ive got, im pretty much a all around tall thin person just with that tire around my mid section. Ant advice on which way to go with nutrition and exercise would be greatly appreciated.
