this is kind of awkward, as I don't have body issues perse. I'm pretty thin. The only problem areas are my chest stomach and butt.Theyre pretty flabby and my butt's kind of nonexistent. So I was wondering what I could do to maybe tone those areas, maybe make everything stronger and more firm obviously not having equipment is going to deter me from seeing phenomenal results. I'm only 17 so there's still lots of time to fix myself later on, but I sort of want a temporary fit body that I can be proud of for now.
