Hi, I weigh about 167lbs and am 6'2". My only goal is to show a six pack and be just ripped. I work out 3 times a week and do cardio 4 times a week for about 1 hour each time, sometimes longer. After my cardio, I double up on my protein shake. it has about 60 grams of protein once the 2% milk is added and has a total of about 7 grams of fat. I really don't eat much, but my protein intake is right at aroiund 165 grams a day. Please help me figure out what I need to do to show my six pack. Thanks
loose fat n tone up. u cannot spot reduce...but once u loose fat you may see some tone in that area but to get a six pack, u GOTTA work your abs...try the 12 week ab program n keep up the cardio, to loose that fat, do cardio in the morning or before workout because your body has nothing to burn but fat...goodluck
