I have been looking for different ways to lose weight and tone up, my problem is that my schedule is backwards...I am a nightowl, I work the nightshift, therefore I sleep until 11:00 a.m. How can I adjust a schedule nutrition-wise and exercise-wise to fit this schedule, also my job requires me to sit in front of a computer and type 8 hours a day, any suggestions on a little exercise in between?

I'm going to assume you work from 7 pm to 3 am or something like that. So here's how I would go about it if I were you:
Cardio days
11 AM - Roll out of bed. Do 30-45 minutes of cardio.
11:45 AM - Eat.
3 PM - Eat.
6 PM - Eat and go to work.
Breaktime - Eat.
2 AM - Eat.

On weight lifting days, you can eat once you wake up.

Hi there angela61, I too work shift work, I do my best to not use that as an excuse for not getting proper diet & exercise. My shifts rotate weekly right now and what ever shift you are working treat them the same. Sleep for 8 hour when you get up consider this morning workout eat shower got to work my job is also a desk job, I do as many types of stretching exercises I can at break I walk outside around my building, at lunch I run up & down stairs for 10 min skip 10 min. eat 10 min. afternoon break walk. I also ride my bike to and from work get home stretch 15 min eat walk dogs do ft workout eat relax go to bed start over. Hope that helps a little
