With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
I would like to know if there are special excercises I can do to go down a size. Currently I weigh 168 lbs, 5'3" and my goal is 135 lbs. I just started the ft workout program and eat very healthy. I'm a 36D and would love to be a C cup. Would I naturally lose the weight there just by losing weight or do I need to do something extra.
