I just signed up to ft and would like to loose 30-35 lbs. I am 26, 5'3, and weight 170 lbs. I am so glad I came across this site. It has so much information, support and motivation. I also just started exercising and would love any suggestions. I eat pretty healthy, but my metabolism is extremely slow. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Just sign up for the FT workout that meets your needs and get enough rest and proper food. Welcome to FT.

lina...welcome to FT. As Charlie recommended get you an FT workout program. They have some for home workouts as well as gym equipment. Also eat 5-6 times a day, good whole foods. That'll get your metabolism moving again so you can reach your goals.
