Fat but not overweight

Hi, im 6foot tall and weigh 11 and a half stone, all the charts say im normal weight, but i look fat, should i keep losing weight?

That would be the best thing to do. You need to tone up...muscle will build your body. Cardio will only build endurance and burn some fat. Get you a workout program from here and do it for 8 weeks and you'll see a significant improvement in your shape. As the shape improves you'll notice that the appearance of excessive fat will be diminished. On top of that muscle burns fat 24/7 so you'll notice that the fat will start to thin out.

You'll notice from my pic that I lost a lot of weight...but without the weight training I wouldn't have the shape I do now.
