With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
Just would like to know if i'm on the right track... Im taking part in the chest/shoulder mass program. Have around three protein shake throughout the day ( morning, dinner and after gym. chicken for dinner and tea most days. I also take creatine syrum before each workout and humagro 3 times per day. Although I have bunched my 2 rest days together ( weekend ), I still go to the gym 5 times a week and have started jogging for 20 - 30 mins in the morning. O yea and each workout last around an hour.
Am I on the right track? any imput would be appriciated.

I'm also thinking about doing a a "cutting up" course once Ive finished my 12 weeks, I'll see how much fat I can shift through jogging.
