Ive lost half a stone since i broken my knuckle.:( i cant really tell by looking in the mirror. but the scales say so. 4 weeks until ill be able to lift any weights. and i go on holiday then. so its going to be 6 weeks. hope i dnt keep loosing weight. overwise im going to have some hard work to do when i get back off holiday

A stone= 7 pounds.

jayvee, can you not lift with the side that doesn't have a broken knuckle?

what about using fixed weight machines that don't involve your hands - eg most of the leg machines?
