I was watching TV and I heard the woman saying that if you massage your thigh a certain way you can help the fat burn or whatever she said. I think she said, if you put a certain cream on that it would help too.
I've heard of stuff like this before, but I'm just curious if there's truth in it.

Most of that is dehydrating type stuff that doesn't work. No quick fixes Chris. hahaha Just excercise and eating right. I belong to a group consisting of doctors that investigate consumer products and when these creams are checked out, I find they are useless. Just my opinion!

Thanks Erin. I find it sad that these Conmen make so much off of people's stupidity too. I don't know if I should feel bad for the people that have been taken.

chrisyi, it sounds like 3 minutes a day to great abs or buns of steel in only 8 mins a day. we all know that its not true be we wish like hell it were!!!!stay to the exercise it the best bet. although if you have a significant other the massage dont sound all bad.

No Paulz, no one special yet. But I just feel like that it's false advertisement when they do that though. I don't think they should be able to make money that way.
