Hi! I am new and not sure where to begin and what foods to eat and calarie intake. I want to get started on a good steady track to get my weight back to 130lbs. I know it will take time but all this is a little confusing. Can someone help me to simplify this process. Thank you!
People aren't ignoring your post but you aren't giving enough info for anyone to help you and since you don't have a profile, nobody has any idea where you're starting from. The best thing you can do is read around on this site in the nutrition forum and several others. That will give you input to more specific questions. You'll get more support than you can imagine but you have to do a little homework first. :)
Use the free tools on the website to get most of your information(P/C/F ratio). If you are having problems figuring out what foods are good/bad to eat use the fitBuddy search at the bottom of the page and type "Grocery list for healthy eating".
