Hey is there anyone that wants to give up??? I am at a the end I do everything.I go to my Gym for a few Hours come to work and og to that gym. I roller blade and run/walk. But yet I am not at the point that I want to be or the point that I should be.!!!!!!!! HELP

if you got bored..or u think your program isn't givin' you the results your thriving 4 then try something new...use your bodyweight as resistance for the next 3 weeks for example if your sick and tired of all those plates and machines...jog more often..shoot some hoops...but you sounded there as if you reached the end of that cliff...

Give up?What are your priorities?If ur burned out take a break but don't give up!Bodybuilding is a lifestyle not a Quick fix for how u look.Can u think of anything positive that training has done 4 u?Focus on the good done not the goals unfulfilled.If u keep training over the years YOU WILL NOT BE SORRY!There are much worse ways to "waste time" than making your body stronger.It take some people years to get the body they want.I started lifting weights 22 years ago and I'm glad I kept it up.It has kept me young and strong,It's a lifestyle!!!!Many are called but few are choosen.Are you one of the choosen few?

Remember your in it for life. Don't set time goals only personal goals. Compete against your self and nobody else. You may never get where you expect to be, but you will always be better off then you would if quit. Fight through the hard times and enjoy the good times.

Sounds pretty much like you need a good workout partner. But without specigfics its hard to tell what exactly you need. We've all been there aand you just have to keep looking for the way that suits us. Have you tried Aikido or other martial art? Sometimes our search blinds us to what is really in front of us. I cannot really comment on something I've never seen, you.

Set a few short-term realistic goals that you can work toward over the next two or three weeks. Also - train with intensity - otherwise you will be just like 90% of the people at the gym - working not quite hard enough to make a difference. If you're not working to failure (with good form) you might just as well be watching Baywatch.

I take it bellas and cadets r 1 and the same. If so it looks like you're still with us aalmost a month after you made this post. If so I think thats great! Weighttraining has benifits to offer everyone. Hope you stick with it. And even if you stop for a few weeks, years, whatever, you've gained some know how and can pick up again later when you realize what a great thing you were on to. Hang in there though, it really will get better.

If cadets and bellas are the same why is s/he running two accounts? Look at the FT Point Section. Both bellas and Cadets are showing up.

One thing here is bellas is not showing up and too she is running 2 because freetrainers would not let cadets post or enter from home so she had to set up one more. Bellas is NOT UP AND RUNNING anymore.Sorry for any truble.
