Whats your goal? Ripped, mass building, general health? Mass building, none. Ripped 3-5 times a week for about 20 minutes after your warmed up. General health no more than 5 times a week for how ever long that you feel you need.

if your goal is mass building you wana keep it within 40 min since you run the chance of loosing muscle along with fat if you go on any longer...also 3 aerobic sessions a week is just fine for that goal.

I Think Aerobic Exercizes like Jogging, Stepper, Rowing Etc Should be Done 3 times a week if you want to keep your body fat level low for about 30-40minutes.
