Here's a killer one for shoulders - I saw an article abour Ronnie Coleman doing it before..

For side laterals.. pyramid upwards,

-start with a light weight and do 20 reps (light enough so you can do 20)
-drop the weights and pick up heavier ones right away, heavy enough so you can barely do 12-15.
-drop those and pick up the last set of weights for 5-8 reps...

That's 1 set - do that 3 times with about 2-3 min rest between sets... (rest is longer because you're doing so many ... mini sets I guess.)

I've seen quite a few people doing this at the gym and I've tried it myself and I noticed good results!

If you have a fast metabolism then 2-3 days at 20-30 min (not including warmup and cooldown).
If your metabolism is sluggish then 2-3 days at 30-45 min. or you can try the 45-50 min of low intensity 3 days a week. that ripped me up pretty good. See what works for you and let me know:p
