Ok first of all I'm a 19 y/o male. I want to lose some fat, and gain muscle. I already run,swim, and lift weights. I'm just wondering if I add creatine to my diet will it hinder me losing fat? I dont mind if i gain weight as long as its muscle. Thank you.

it has been shown to help lose 1% of fat during a 6 week study .....and it will help boost your strength a bit...

just be careful-drink water!!! I took it in Iraq and thought I was getting plenty of H20, then I almost physically dropped after a workout and was out of the gym for two days...Also, if you're looking to drop weight don't expect to on creatine. You might lost fat weight if you're taking it and working out right, but don't expect the scales to tell you you're losing weight. Just some tips...
