With such a topic so broad we truly try to cover the basics from all angles in this group. Nothing too big or too small. Nutrition is as significant if not more as exercise is to reaching your goals so learn all you can.
So I have a delemna. I am travelling Europe for 2 weeks now and have only been to a gym twice during that time, with poor equipment at that.
My question is: How do I maintain my muscles with as little working out as possible?
I do pullups/chinups whenever I see a bar that I can hang from and I do pushups every other day. I am having a lot of trouble because my bodyweight is not enough mass for some exercises I do (bench for exams). I am also having issues with shoulders, I can not think of any way to work out my shoulders with no equipment at hand.
If anyways hears my cry for help, please respond with some of your own knowledge, particularly when it comes to upper body (legs can deteriorate a bit and I wont mind, I am all upper body).
You might want to get near some steps, and do some dips behind the back for the triceps, buy youself 2 large bottles of water (like around a litre if your in Europe) use those as db's to do lateral raises.
Hope this helps.
