Cardio / Lifting

I have been looking for posts for the last couple of days about cardio and lifting on the same day will cause muscule lost.

Is it ok that i do cardio and lifting on alternate days?

Mon-Cardio
Tues-Lifting

and so on..

I will usually set up my lifting routine (4-5 days) and do cardio on the days I dont lift. It really depends on what you goals are.

if you do it on the same day, try to separate it from your weight training.. by about 6-8 hours if possible. its good to do on days you dont weight train as well, but dont neglect rest days.
