Some of you may remember me... After what seems like lots of success/failure, I'm back on track. June 1st I started at the gym again- since then I've only not been able to go 2 days- not too bad. I've also gone back to watching carbs and NO FAST FOOD and have lost 11 pounds. I know most of that is water weight, but its still a good start. And I want to thank all you here at FT- I've been "listening" quietly the past couple of weeks trying to find that motivation and as long as I check the posts every day I seem to do well. Now the question is can I maintain this... I have a set time for working out- 7pm every day. So far it works great. So now what I need from you all is to hold me accountable! I am determined to get healthy and more importantly STAY healthy. Anyways its beautiful out and I'm going to go get some sun and play basketball.
