Hey everybody I'm new and I was just wondering... as I was looking at the nutritional facts about the vitamins and minerals, there is a category for "Toxicity Symptoms". Just wondering what that meant... maybe what happens when you have too much? Thanks in advance!

certain vitamins are toxic...you read that correct...TOXIC....in high enough quanities....ie...iron, vitamin A...and some others....however, unless you swallow a whole bottle of multivitamin or plan on eating a polar bear liver....you should be fine....if you are thinking about taking a multivitamin....then go for a generic one with 100% of Daily Value.....
www.vitamins.com.... have great values(up to 80% off from waht you'd find at drug stors or supplement stores)....also if you order from them, when they ask where u heard about them.....just randomly select soemthing(tv, etc) to get extra 5$ off

let me clarify....by toxic effects....it means you'll be experiencing unpleasant side effects...which range from things like flushing(niacin), numbness,diarrhea,etc....to possible death from vitamin A/iron.......
also keep in mind fat soluble vitamins are worse to overdose on because they stay in the body longer....and have a tendency to build up in the body
