I don't understand, I weigh over 400 lbs and the nutrition plan is telling me I should eat over 6k in cals? right now I eat between 3k and 4k can this be right?
What plan did you sign up for? Rule of thumb for weight loss(if this is your goal) is 12 calories per lb of body weight. That comes out to roughly 4800 cals a day. The nutrition plan can be a little on the high end, so you have to tailor it to suit your needs.
