Hi. I am a newbie - 1st post. Anyways, I have been following a FT fitness and nutrition plan for 35 days now strictly. These past 3 days though I ate fried foods, cake, better and was pretty bad. Is it possible this has set me back tremendously on my progress. I am worried that I ruined all I accomplished so far. Please help!

you havent ruined your progress, just taken it down a notch. the important thing is that you get back on track, and dont slip into a permanent hole. ive done the same, but more an alcoholic binge, and bounced back fine. if you have the motivation and dedication to your health then you should be fine.. good luck! :big_smile:

After the holiday weekend with all the Bar-B-Q's and such I'm sure you weren't the only one. In fact I went overboard this weekend as well. Was eating like a pig...mostly good foods (except for the birthday cake from my brother in law's bday), just eating a lot of everthing...it was so good. Got into the gym this morning and gained a lb and a half. :big_smile: So to make up for it I'm going to add an extra day or 2 of cardio this week only and be extremely tight on my diet all week.
Currently I'm at 153 (was 152 Friday), but I'm shooting to get to 151 by next Monday. Set your goals in babysteps...day's and week's at a time and achieve them.
