I had a friend in town from Europe and took him to all the cool restaurants. I ended up eating poorly myself, but I still managed to get in all my weight training worrkouts, but not all my cardio.
After a weekend of living it up in the mountains, I weighed Monday and the scale indicated I had gained 10 POUNDS! What??
The good news is that since Monday, over 7 lbs of that extra 10 have come off -- since I'm back on my program (eating, weights and cardio) 100%.
